M's Cre8tions Terms & Conditions
At M's Cre8tions, we promise to deliver quality designs and décor to each client. Our designs will never use low-quality material from department stores. Our material 100% biodegradable, and made in the U.S.A. Please complete the Inquiry Form located at the bottom of our "About" page. Once you have completed this form, read the Terms & Conditions. Any area marked with an * is a required field. M's Cre8tions is not liable for materials once they are out of our care.
We will replace anything damaged in transportation or during setup.
A 50% deposit will be requested once your designs have been selected, to confirm your event date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note, once your event has been confirmed -- if you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. You will receive a payment and schedule e-mail confirmation once your inquiry has been received.
